Each presenter will have a total of 15 minutes to deliver their presentation. This includes 10 minutes for presentation, followed by 5 minutes for audience questions and discussion. It is essential to adhere to the time limit to ensure the smooth running of the conference schedule. Maximum poster size allowed is 36 inch wide by 48 inch high (3 ft x 4 ft). So please ensure your poster fits within these dimensions for display purposes.

You are required to be online and available at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time to allow sufficient time for troubleshooting.
A meeting invitation will be sent to you ahead of time, containing a link for the video connection. This will include the Meeting ID and Password required to access the session. Ensure your PowerPoint or slide deck is ready and visible on your computer screen.
Before entering the virtual conference call, verify that your camera and microphone are functioning correctly. To maintain professionalism, please present from a quiet, well-lit, and distraction-free environment. Ensure that background noise and visual distractions are minimized to keep the audience focused on your presentation.
If you are submitting a pre-recorded video presentation, please ensure that the following guidelines are followed:
Your pre-recorded presentation should not exceed 7 minutes include slides and multimedia you wish to present. Ensure your video is edited for clarity and conciseness.
Please submit your video in high resolution (at least 720p) to ensure the best visual and audio quality for the audience. Make sure the video is clear, and the sound is easily audible.
Submit your pre-recorded video by the specified deadline for review and inclusion in conference program. Late submissions may not be accommodated.
The preferred format for video submissions is MP4. Ensure that the file is accessible and playable across different devices and platform.
