Submission and presentation information
In the first instance we require everyone who wishes to submit their work to the conference to submit an abstract describing the proposed paper, work in progress, presentation etc. Please read the Call for Papers before submitting your abstract to ensure you select the correct track and submission type.
Abstracts should be between 250 and 500 words and must be submitted by the deadline.
Extended abstracts are limited to 800-1500 words, with a maximum of 4 pages including references.
If your abstract is accepted, you will be invited to submit a full paper. All submissions must present original and unpublished research, whether experimental, theoretical, or applied.
Papers that do not contain an original research contribution will be rejected. Papers that are so badly written as not to be understandable will be rejected, as well as papers where authors engage in extensive self-plagiarism. All submitted papers will go through a double-blind reviewing process by at least two reviewers drawn from the chairs of committees.
No refunds will be issued for any reason. Please consider this policy before completing your payment.
The organizing committee issues certificates for each submission that complete the registration. Certificates are issued for each submission upon registration. An additional certificate is awarded for the best paper.
Presenters will have a total of 15 minutes for their presentations. This includes 11 minutes for delivering your talk and 4 minutes for questions and discussion. Presentations should be accompanied by a PowerPoint presentation containing no more than 10 slides.
Virtual participants will deliver their presentations live through Zoom. Upon successful registration, a Zoom link will be provided for your presentation session.
Participants can submit a pre-recorded video presentation between 5 and 7 minutes long. The organizing committee will play your video during your designated presentation time slot.
Please follow our guidelines to submit your abstract for consideration at the APN Conference.
