Oral/Poster Presentations: Each presenter will have a total of 15 minutes to deliver their presentation. This includes 10 minutes for presenting their content, followed by 5 minutes for audience questions and discussion. It is essential to adhere to the time limit to ensure the smooth running of the conference schedule. For poster presentations, the maximum poster size allowed is 36 inches wide by 48 inches high (3 ft. x 4 ft.), so please ensure your poster fits within these dimensions for display purposes.

Online/Virtual Presentation:
To ensure your virtual presentation is successful and runs smoothly, please follow the guidelines outlined below:

  • Pre-Presentation Preparation: You are required to be online and available at least 15 minutes before your scheduled presentation time. This will allow sufficient time for troubleshooting and ensuring everything is working correctly before you begin.
  • Meeting Access: A meeting invitation will be sent to you ahead of time, containing a link for the video connection. This will include the Meeting ID and Password required to access the session. Please ensure you are familiar with how to join the meeting in advance.
  • Technical Checks: Before entering the virtual conference call, verify that your camera and microphone are functioning correctly. Check the quality of your internet connection to avoid any interruptions during your presentation. Additionally, make sure your PowerPoint or slide deck is ready and visible on your computer screen.
  • Environment Setup: To maintain professionalism, please present from a quiet, well-lit, and distraction-free environment. Ensure that background noise and visual distractions are minimized to keep the audience focused on your presentation.

Pre-Recorded Video Presentation:
If you are submitting a pre-recorded video presentation, please ensure that the following guidelines are followed:

  • Video Length: Your pre-recorded presentation should not exceed the 7-minute time limit, which includes any slides or multimedia you wish to present. Ensure your video is edited for clarity and conciseness.
  • Video Quality: Please submit your video in high resolution (at least 720p) to ensure the best visual and audio quality for the audience. Make sure the video is clear, and the sound is easily audible.
  • Submission Deadline: Submit your pre-recorded video by the specified deadline for review and inclusion in the conference program. Late submissions may not be accommodated.
  • Presentation Format: The preferred format for video submissions is MP4. Ensure that the file is accessible and playable across different devices and platforms.
